Cucina Fresca’s fresh sauces are hot-filled into polypropylene jars identified as code 5 PP on the bottom of the jar. Polypropylene has a high melting point, so it is often chosen for containers that must accept hot liquid.

Microwave warming times vary depending on the sauce (and the wattage of your microwave)!  Remember to remove the lid before warming. Be careful as you remove the warmed jar and sauce from the microwave.

You’re also welcome to warm the sauce in a pan on the stovetop, stirring on medium-high heat until warmed.
