Gnocchi & (leftover) Turkey Soup
4 cups chicken stock 1 large onion, peeled and sliced 3 celery ribs, chopped 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced 1 large portabella mushroom, stemed and chopped 1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped salt and pepper to taste 1-2 cups leftover (cooked)turkey, chopped
