Double Basil Shrimp and Linguine
1 10 ounce package Fresh Egg Linguine Pasta
1 16 ounce jar Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pound Large Shrimp, (peel and devein)
1/2 cup White Wine
1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Garlic
1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Basil
garnish Grated Parmesan Cheese
garnish Fresh Chopped Parsley

Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Sauté shrimp until cooked, about 3 minutes, remove from sauté pan. Add white wine and fresh garlic to sauté pan; bring white wine to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; add marinara sauce and fresh basil into the sauté pan. When sauce is hot, place the cooked shrimp back into sauté pan.

Cook fresh linguine for 2-3 minutes in boiling, salted water. Strain.

Toss with fresh cooked pasta. Garnish with grated cheese and fresh chopped parsley.

Serves 4 to 6
