Cilantro Penne with Black Beans
1 can black beans (rinsed) 1 each red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 each yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 each jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced 5 Tbl extra virgin olive oil 2 limes, juiced to taste Salt and Pepper 1 avocado, peeled and sliced (garnish) 1 Tbl Tabasco (optional)
Cook penne; remove from heat, strain and cool under cold water. Add In's - Toss with crabmeat, grilled chicken or sauteed shrimp.
