When you order any fresh food item such as sauce, pasta, or ravioli, shipping will default to what we call "Fresh Ship." Fresh Ship = 1 to 2 day shipping.

All other products, such as olive oil, vinegar or pantry items can be shipped via Fresh Ship or ground.

If you order any fresh items in combination with olive oil, etc., the entire shipment will default to Fresh Ship.
